Same here. I downgraded to 2 discs but it still didn't work. I'm going to have to contact them tomorrow I reckon

I got my juicer yesterday, it didn't come in any packaging (other than the philips box) I thought that was rather strange....it came via City link so a little confused.

But....it's sunny today...so guess what I am wearing....

I oredered quite a few bits from amazon black friday but was away all weekend at my sisters. My tracking info on amazon says 'Possible delay in delivery due to extra carrier processing' and the courier is hermes. On their site it says courier not received. I have no cards in the door so what does this mean...please tell me it doesnt mean they are lost, I've heard that hermes aren't the best delivery service

Nope, Amazon do this sometimes now - "frustration free packaging" and "doing their bit for the environment" etc.
