Dont worry if you missed out on the socks, there are some more nearly as 'stunning' coming up at 4pm :D

But they have no lustre. :(

He's a dragon (dragon's den) who specialises in the telecoms industry. Why that makes him able to sell expensive socks I don't know

Thank you for telling me who on earth he is :) Not seen Dragons Den (don't have TV), but lol at the idea that a expert in telecoms is endorsing socks!

I'm waiting for the Times Atlases at 12:14. I've coveted a Times atlas for years, but never had the nerve to invest.

Of course I will complain bitterly on here if the discount isn't at least 90%
I try not to get too stressed out on the forum. I won't argue, i'll just leave a thread if you don't like what I say. :)

I like Peter Jones...but OH would never wear socks like that!

He always wears wacky / stripey socks (would be his reason I guess!!)

    It's a saving of £13 IF it's available today for 39.99.

However, if it's available everywhere else at 50.93 or more, then the saving is £23 for anyone who wants it today !!

Yep you MIGHT fihnd the price drops down to 39.99 again before christmas, but you might not. and even if it does, this price still saves £13.

Why is everyone sooo grumpy ?

I bought it, I'm just saying they have upped their prices prior to these deals to make people think they're saving more than they actually are.

There is nothing grumpy about that, it's just obvious fact.

...wrong £12 not bad at all
  • Who is Peter Jones? I have honestly never heard of him.

I was thinking it's Peter Jones off of Dragons Den?
