My DH is a personal trainer and it says it pretty much comes down to the instructor, he doesnt rate it that much. He says lots of people think theyve done a hard workout but have actually not done much at all. But if you get a good instructor that pushes it a bit more than it could be beneficial. So no idea what it would be like on dvd. But Im actually tempted to buy it myself :rotfl:
