    Sorry, my mistake.

Click the Cancel Items button from the Orders page.

The item(s) in that order will be listed with a box for your reason & a drop down box to choose one too.

Just above that there is a small tick box that is empty (next to the price). Make sure that there is a tick in there.

Very scared checking this for you as I had to go through to the cancel page for something I didn't want to cancel to remind myself how it works - luckily it was okay & didn't click the final Cancel Selected Items button;)

Hope that helps. If you're still stuck them I am afraid I am stumped...

Thanks for the help. What you've described is exactly what I've done - and I've done it over and over again! When I click the last button to cancel it just takes me to the same screen again, saying we may not be able to cancel, and giving me the tick boxes again. I think it's too late because they are preparing them for despatch! Seems odd that they have moved so fast on these. They never despatch that fast when I place a normal order

I've sent them an email, but it looks like I'll just have to wait til they arrive and return them. Seems a right carry on though - and a shame as well since I'm sure there are others out there who would love to get them at the offer prices.
