Jodie, have you bought anything today? I haven't bought anything for the two days. I'm only interested in toys and Bomb cosmerics stuff.

no i havent bought anything today, to be honest i've hardly looked, checked this morning and nothing i fancied.. with the prices not being great things are only worth it if it's something you want anyway so i'm sticking to my guns and only gonna buy things i need anyway. last year i got the kitchenaid mixer for £150, nigella books £15, guylian chocs £5, and a few other things just for the sake of it as they were genuine bargains. i am abit disappointed as i fancied abit of a splurge and treat myself like i did last year, but ah well

I was going to post the same thing - they have been stuck at 5% since 8am! :rotfl:

"really slow hanging around all day and still not selling out deals" is a more accurate description.

She can't cancel though. Once items are being prepared for despatch, the option to cancel as you have described disappears.

I wanted to cancel/change something from yesterday too, nothing to do with black Friday, but can't, even though it probably won't actually be despatched for a couple of days.:(

Why not ring them and ask to cancel? They are usually pretty helpful, might be a bit of a wait, but still. Worst they can say is no.
So so SO tired of being ripped off, and mislead

    Online help I've found fantastic.

Had a netbook left outside allegedly by HDNL, told amazon online help and she issued a refund immediately that went straight back into my account within 2 days.
