The armed forces vehicle was £14 recently on Amazon, it's now £38 and in this offer do not a great deal unless it's £10, it's very poor this year, they must think we're all stupid!
  • Amazon are massively over staffed this year. They have taken on their usual quota of temporary Christmas staff but are sending home up to a hundred people every day due to lack of work as orders have decreased massively. I know this as my friend's husband is one of the temps and she is very concerned about being able to pay their bills as he has lost a couple of days work almost every week for the month he has been there. He refused to go home one day last week so they had him sweeping floors and emptying the bins for 6 hours.

That's very sad, hope your friend will be ok.

Perhaps your friend can tell the boss people at Amazon there would be plenty more orders and they wouldn't have to send people home, if the prices were a bit better, there were more electronics and more stock of the things that are good value ;)
So so SO tired of being ripped off, and mislead
    Hope sharing saves some pain.

This is so addictive! Anybody know how much I should be looking at for the Denby tableware... My dad has requested a tableware set for Christmas but I doubt this will get anywhere near my price range

You can get the denby a lot cheaper out there than what amazon are trying to sell it for, either debenhams which always has it at 50% off the denby seconds shop or denby website iself fo the deals and there is really no need to pay half price for it when debenhams often do the big sets up to 70% off:D

  • Well I've been at work until now and feeling anxious the whole time at what I could be missing.... feeling relieved after trawling through, yesterdays suited me more, may be tempted by the lightbulb!
