    tbh the company is paying for the medical and the tests ive passed the interview, passed medical, passed 1 of 3 test, im thinking they wouldnt pay for it if there wasnt a job at the end?

    Most companies pay for medicals, tests, enquiries(references, CBR) etc.

    But can still change their minds for any slight thing that wories them .


    Resigning before an unconditional offer is not a sensible action.


    More impresive is your companies ability to be ready to replace and have someone lined up, many places faf around or try to go short for a while.
