Cheap 3g smartphone with keyboard

Hi, I want to get my son a phone for Christmas, he has an o2 sim and I want a phone that can use this. He prefers keys to touch as do I. I just want a handset, o2 have offered me a good deal on his sim including internet use (as I have another contract with them)and I am staying with that.

It would be good if it had a fairly big screen, decent camera with video etc, and internet.

Can someone direct me to a suitable phone at a cheap price, I have looked all over and been horrified at the handset costs !!

have decided on a Nokia E5, £99 3G physical keyboard 5mpix camera, dedicated fbk/twitter good reviews, hope this post helps others.
