I got my email too, to say it has been passed to the warehouse, I will let you know if mine comes tomorrow, I ordered mine on saturday morning as well.

i have received the following email this morning
We're happy to tell you that your O2 order has been passed to our
warehouse for dispatch. This should be on its way to you very soon.
To check on the progress of your order, sign into http://www.o2.co.uk/
with the username and password you received when you made your purchase
and access 'View My Bill', under 'My O2'. Then click on 'View Delivery
and Order Details', under 'My Order'.
We'll also be in touch soon to tell you about the many benefits of
joining O2. In the meantime, take a look at http://www.o2.co.uk/shop and
see what you can do.
however I cannot see the "My Order" options when I login into my account ...

I have followed your instructions up until the point of "View Delivery and Order Details". I don't have this visible on my screen. Does this mean they have realised their mistake with my order and have cancelled?
I ask as I have received no emails regarding the phone order, just a welcome email for the account.0 -

Cant wait for today to be over I shall be waiting in for my freebie tomorrow, I reckon theres a good chance we will recieve the phones. I have checked my o2 account but seems to be not working, nothing loads as of yet. I will keep checking. Here, do we get credit on sim too? lmao. Cheeky but you never know! :rotfl:

BUT that was the sim card that was showing as 9.99 on the website , the phone doesnt have anything by it yet , will update as and when i hear more!James thinks worrying is like a rocking chair, it gives you something to do, but it doesn't get you anywhere

You know that they are supposedly upgrading the site etc...Well when I bought a phone for my daughter from them back in the beginning of December I got the same message.
I couldn't view my bill or track the phone I kept getting the message that the page wasn't available and you have to phone the 0870 number to speak to customer care.
I didn't get any emails from them back then either and was worried that my order didn't go through. I almost ordered a second but on the Tuesday as promised the phone arrived. It took a couple of weeks for the payment to be debited from my card too.
I think they purposely leave that message to make more money by making you phone up.~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
