    Hi,

    I ordered this phone on Saturday morning, however the only email I got was a "welcome to o2" email... I chose 1-3 day delivery. Not sure if my order went through. Haven't received any email regarding the order at all, although when I completed my transaction I got an order reference.

    Any ideas??

    Smoke free days = 11 Years :T

    my oh ordered the phone saturday morning and got automated confirmation just after. we have just received dispach notice email. looks like we may get this, have been expecting cancelation notice, but so farr none.

    I have nothing in my 02 under view my bill. It doesn't show any order :confused:

  • I have received an email thanking me for my order and has been sent to the warehouse for despatch. However, after clicking on ORDER LINE STATUS,(FOUND AT THE BOTTOM RIGHT CORNER of your order) all the lines are blank except for the following.

    o2 online returns card - DEPROVISING FAILED
    new o2 online prepay welcome letter - DEPROVISING FAILED
    2.5G prepay simcard talk anytime - DEPROVISING FAILED

    I'm not holding my breath.
