Billing Error by Virgin Mobile
I've just had a bill from VM for my Blackberry nearly twice as much as normal, on investigation and 3 calls the customer services, I,ve discovered they had been charging for mobile data, even though it's included within my 1gb on data within the contract. Money has now been refunded.
I also discovered all to a virginmedia landline aren't included as part of the package, only virgin mobile to mobile, (or virgin landline to virgin mobile)
So if your bills creeping up, it's worth checking
