How to retrieve photos from a pc with no graphics card

The PC still runs up but obviously I get no picture. Is it possible for me to connect a laptop to the PC (and how) to retrieve my photos etc. either through a cable or direct to the hard drive without being able to view on my monitor?
Thanks for any replies

Easiest way to to take HD out and connect it to another pc, unless of course you have some vnc software installed
vnc software is using pc via another remotely connected wireless or ethernet0 -
+1 for connecting HD to another PC. Get a caddy that will take the type of HD you have if necessary.

In effect yes.
Although with the cost per GB of modern drives being so low, its main benefit is getting data off older drives.
