Does anyone know how to set these up on online banking?
I've got a couple already but want to set up some more - I've spent ages hunting but can only find how to rename them etc.
TIA:)

AFAIK, the concept is more or less obsolete and the fact you still have some semblance of it remaining may just mean perhaps that you haven't been in the branches much so you've not had them pull it apart and sell you a bunch of new savings accounts instead0

Thanks but they still do them - you can have up to 12!Grocery Challenge £211/£455 (01/01-31/03)

I think you can only create more by visiting the branch or using telephone banking as they are specific to people with Offset mortgages.
Or I've got the wrong end of the stick (or maybe even the wrong stick...)0 -
Do they have any accounts worth saving in?0

Looking at their current range, the "Monthly Savings" account is the only one even worth a second look...

I suspect my post didn't allow for the slightly cynical tone I would have had in my voice had I spoken the words.

From the experiences with my "regulars", the quality of their "advice" also seems to be lacking.
I get customers who have £40k+ in ISAs with us, they are sold a Barclays Golden ISA and then "advised" to withdraw £5340 from their old ISA and deposit it into the Golden ISA. Absurd.0 -
Thanks all, I'm not looking to save "major" money in them - they're as a budgeting tool (to try to improve my rather lacking skills at this!).
I do have the monthly savings one too.
I gave in & phoned & have now got them set up!Grocery Challenge £211/£455 (01/01-31/03)

In my opinion Barclays have some of the best savings accounts to offer on the high street compared to Natwest etc.It takes two to tango!:rotfl:0
