Yes, 0845 is local rate - but some people have phone deals where all landline calls are included in the monthly fee, and any 0845 or 0870 are charged as extras. For that reason it's better for some to dial landline numbers.0 -
Just got mine, all codes applied. Thanks again OP0

the money hasnt come out of my account yet, but tesco has reserved the full amount before codes, on my receipt it says the codes are good. when my shopping was delivered there was a hole in the top of my wash powder i rang up customer services and they are refunding my wash powder and i get to keep it, none was missing i think the driver had just knocked it carrying it in for meMember #64 £2012 in 2012 challenge total so far: £714.54/£20120

Help!!
My tesco order has been a giant c**K up!
Do they refund you double the difference if they overcharge you on an item of grocceries online?
I've been charged £7.32 for something that should be £3.00!
Also they've charged me £7.22 more than my shopping originally was without taking into account any discounts!
I'm tempted to ask them to come and pick it up again!!0 -
Just had mine delivered - all present and correct, no substitutions. As I bought 6 bottles of wine an extra 5% discount was applied, so was slightly cheaper than expected.0
