Got my delivery yesterday. Thanks to the OP.
Question, as I had to open a new account, I didn't give my clubcard number thinking I'll collect instore but it looks like they've opened another one for me(?). What can I do to get these points? Any ideas?:jBaby girl born 3rd October 2012:j0 -

I clicked on no substitutes and 2 of the things I ordered were not available which took my order under £50. the 3 discounts still came off though so my order, with delivery was only £22 odd.

I just had an order delivered, my order was meant to be £34.84 (with £20 of discounts)... my order included a bottle of Courvoisier 1ltr @ £25.59... however the Courvoisier wasn't available and they didn't substitute it, but I still got my £20 discount! so only paid £9.55 (£4.00 of that was the delivery charge)0 -

You should be able to link the two CC accounts - I have done this before. Just give them a ring.0 -
I emailed Ts asking if I could have the free del code added to my order as well as the £15 for an order I have coming today and got this
Thank you for your email.
I'm sorry to hear that you are unable to use the free delivery coupon with the first time shopper voucher.
Having looked into the issue, I can advise you that this code isn't being accepted because it is registered to another account.
Ecoupon codes will usually show the last four digits of your Clubcard number. The codes will then be registered in the grocery account that is attached to your Clubcard number. As this code can only be used with your previously used account, you will not be able to use this with the "first time shopper" code that you have applied to your order.
Furthermore, I must advise you that any of the "first time shopper" codes that are found online are only to be used once per household, and should not be applied to orders placed with new accounts. Therefore, you should not be entitled to the £15 discount, as you have already used more than one "first time shopper" codes in the past.
When placing future orders, please ensure that you are ordering using existing accounts, and not adding any of our "first time shopper" codes. These are offered as a one-off discount to encourage our customers to give the service a try, and are not to be continuously used when placing new orders.
Kind Regards
As they said "you should not" do you reckon they added the £15 discount or not ?:A0 -
Well just got off the phone to customer service as apparently at the moment they cannot accept coop bank cards for online grocery shopping orders (why?? its good enough for direct and clothes and instore) so have had to re-arange delivery for tomorrow use a different card (thats at home at the moment while I am at work) and they have agreed to honour the fruit and veg discount as it is their fault my card wont be accepted - i even offered to nip to the store and pay in person but no they couldnt do that and keep my discounts!!Been stupid but have no regrets starting to slowly sort my finances now the kids are growing0
