Mine arrived last night, and I had ordered a £10 meal deal thing, 1 main, side, dessert & bottle of £9.99 wine for £10.
Anyway, they had substituted the wine with another £9.99 Merlot, so I was charged for that and all the items individualy which was around £11!!
Excepted it from the driver, who told me to phone CS (obviously I had to act all new customer) and they would sort it out!
Phoned them, didn;'t get someone who was overly friendly but in the end as I'm 'new' she will honour the difference of £11. Thank god. So that's coming back to me and got my shopping for £42 plus £5 CB, which is £37, for £79 worth of shopping!
thanks again op0 -

Agreed! It adds a view every time someone looks at it - even if that person has already viewed it - so if I view it 20 times a day it adds 20 to the view, but that's still only one thanks! That's just the way the site is set up.
And while I'm on I'd still like to know how people are getting away with multiple orders - I think someone mentioned six orders! I don't *think* I've ordered from Tesco before - I remember one order over a year ago which THEY cancelled because of the snow, and it's possible I've ordered another but it was so long ago I don't remember. I do order from Tesco Direct, however (the non-grocery bit, like games and DVDs). Anyway, they accepted my order with all 3 codes, then sneakily took off the £15 one (I say 'sneakily' because they didn't bother to email and tell me so if I hadn't gone back in and checked my order I would never have known until it was delivered). So I'm feeling a bit peeved and really wonder how other people are managing to get 6???0 -
