  • Question:

Never ordered with Tesco groceries online before but have registered on the Tesco website and ordered from Direct.

Will I still get £5 cashback or do I need to register a new account on a different name. If I do, can I still enter the same clubcard number?

I've ordered with Tesco Direct but never grocery and it worked for me with the same account :)

  • Just spoken to somebody and apparently it should let me use all 3 (Had to phone as it wasn't even letting me select my £15 first delivery, only the veg one lol). She said I am going to be charged for delivery but she has put a note on my account about it. I have to call back after delivery and get £6 refunded back to my card :-)

p.s Didn't mention this site btw, just happened to drop in that I had a code for free delivery and wondered if I could use it ;-)

    *update*

A friend rang up expecting the same response as me but was emailed a unique voucher code for £6 off her shopping. I rang back and said I would prefer this, the email was in my account within 2 minutes. Was one of the easiest customer services departments I have ever dealt with :T

If you have never ordered groceries online before you will get the £15.00 off £50 spend etc, and the clubcard points.

If you want the £5.00 cash back you will have to register as a new customer and a new clubcard after going through TCB/Quidco

Some people on earlier post have done this and merged the accounts at a later date.
    HTH.

Does anyone know if the customer service number is still open (and are they definitely happy to refund delivery)? I made an order, as did another girl I live with (student) so the £7 delivery charge back would be really helpful!

They were open 10 minutes ago :)
  • Glad the codes are working & if they don't just give T a ring as the fruit / veg one & free delivery one ends today so they should still be working as long as your delivery is by Wednesday!

I don't mind that I posted 2 of the codes on the discount voucher board as Karlie has added a massive discount code on it to save even more money which is what MSE is all about & of course TEAMWORK so I don't mind not being thanked AT ALL as am just happy when we all work together to save each other as much money as possible and that includes the offers found on HUKD too x

I put wednesday as my delivery day and had to change it to tuesday as the voucher couldn't be added for that day

Would it be possible to register a new Tesco account in my son's name (diff initial) and still use my credit/debit card... would the payment go through?
    Thanks
