  • Right so i went to check my account , as i made my order this morning and there were loads of reports of t's changing things around and deducting money, they had changed the amount and taken off the £15, i called the cs number and told him what happened, he said that he would send me £15 worth of evouchers, which he did, i then went back in and un ticked the free delivery, added the £15 off £50 spend , then tried the £10 evoucher, that didnt work, but the £5 evoucher did, so now have only paid £1 for delivery and got £5 off, may be worth ringing them on the 013 number, avoiding the 0845 num.

Guys, could someone please explain this to me. I placed my genuinely first online order yesterday, and in my confirmation email the total price (after all 3 codes were applied) came as 30.26. Today I got my order delivered and the receipt I received from the driver says: total cost of shopping 31.44. I am pretty happy with my order and 1 extra pound is not going to make any damage to my budget, but out of pure curiosity I decided to call to T's and make an enquiry about that. The answer I got was rather ridiculous; "the amount you pay while placing your order isn't neccessarily the same as that we charge you on the day of delivery". Isn't it weird?
P.S. Sorry for the mistakes; English is not my mother tongue. :o

I don't think Tesco are removing the £15 code, I think when you log back in to check all 3 codes are there, it will automatically de-select one of them removing it from your order as they are only allowing the 2 codes now, not 3.

If you don't log back in and make any changes to your order then I believe all 3 codes may still be there as confirmed for original order.

I think sometimes if you order something like meat or grapes, bananas etc which is charged by weight and the weight of what they pick is a little heaver, you get charged a bit more.
  • Can you use your existing clubcard number if you create a new account for this offer?

Ah that would make sense, just with everyone flapping around, thought i had better check, still worth it for a £10 voucher that i can now use with a future order up until feb.

It's because some offers finish before you get your order through, although it does warn you that this is the case. It would be complicated for the store to scan your items if you made an order this weekend for next weekend but included items which were only on offer until mid-week.

lol well I hope I am right, will have to wait till my order is delivered tomorrow evening and see if all discounts come off, but I won't log back in to check the codes now.
  • Does anyone know if the customer service number is still open (and are they definitely happy to refund delivery)? I made an order, as did another girl I live with (student) so the £7 delivery charge back would be really helpful!
