Hiya can someone tell me is it normal that the 'guide price' under my orders on tesco.com is showing the full amount? £57.00 with no discounts anywhere to be seen?
I have also not got an email?
thanks0 -
Brilliant, used the £15 off and the £5 off fruit and veg, wouldn't allow the free delivery.
Thank you so much, did this a couple of times, got most of xmas goodies and some alcohol.
My codes worked apart from the delivery code, so I called Tesco c/s
and they are happy to refund me the delivery charge of £3.50.
Dont use the 0845 number use 01382 822800 you should not occur any phone call charges if you have free mins to use.
My total order is £59.98
with codes off £39.98
and tesco will refund me the £3.50 d/c
so makes my total £36.48
Woops forgot to say and I get £5.05 c/b through Topcashback
so making it a total of £31.43 a massive saving of £28.55 woo hoo
I am happy with that0 -

I placed an order today and only 2 out of the 3 codes worked (not the free delivery one) so, after seeing this post, I gave them a call and they are refunding the delivery charge to my bank account! Thanks for posting this number Love My Bargains! And thanks to the OP. :T0 -

I used all three codes on an order yesterday afternoon and have just picked it up from click and collect. Codes were all honoured, taking £26 off my shop!
On another note, click and collect was a shambles. The booth was closed with a note saying go to customer services. Customer service woman had to come and open the store and didnt know where anything was. She made me laugh when she pointed to a box full of (closed) carrier bags and asked "does that look like your shopping?"0 -
Sounds like some of you can claim the delivery charge back by calling up CS? Does anyone know what time they close, or is it 24 hours? TIAI hate twitches, but I LOVE glitches!!!0
