You agreed to be billed after the 15 day trial by not cancelling before the trial ended, as per the terms and conditions which you agreed to.

I really sympathise as it's deliberately sneaky, but as celia56 says, you agreed for them to bill you £59.95 as you didn't cancel your trial. The following text appears on the page where you enter your credit card details:
Our guarantee: By placing your order for the Trial Offer today you will be shipped a ClearSmoke™ Electronic Cigarette Kit, and your credit card will be billed only GBP 7.95 for P&P. We give you a 15 day trial period from the date you accept this exclusive online offer to evaluate our products. If you feel ClearSmoke™ is not for you, cancel within 15 days from today to avoid the one time purchase fee of £59.95.There are no other charges. Remember you can cancel this exclusive offer at any time by simply calling our Customer Services on 0800 335 7004 UK free phone.
  • Please can I urge people to be wary of these overpriced scams. The mini starter kits only cost about £8 off Amazon so they really are being nuaghty.

There are many reputable UK vendors out there and a couple of good friendly forums with honest advice which are worth checking these being: AAEC forum and UKVAPERS.

My advice is definitely contact your bank and tell them to stop the money being taken out. They may actually say that they can not as you have authorised the trial. If so just threaten to take your bank account elsewhere which I had to do once after stupidly signing up to a teeth whitening trial, grrr.
