Vodafone changing my direct debit details without my concent, 3 TIMES!

if your account has been accessed fraudulently vodafone cannot legaly pass the fraudulent details on to you even a DSIR would not obtain this information you would only recieve your calls not the fraud one's0 -
That's why i don't like paying by direct debit and would rather spend the £3 charge on paying by paper bill at the bank or orange shop.
DD with phone companies is a hassle and i just don't trust them. One of my mates had money withdrawn several times by 02 even though he had already paid his bill.:eek:0
