First time shop on jack wills site. Tried the SILVER code for free goodie bag but didnt work .......However the code RUGBY does work for free delivery! Hurrahhh! Thank you to the person that posted that. SO no freebies but saved four quid. Not bad.

Thanks for the info. I'll get a ticket to the shopping night then & get the goody bag that way. Inside the back cover of the catalogue there is mention of free gift boxes. Are these the same as those being sent out currently? Hope there are some of those to bag too.
On previous shopping visits they have given me extra tissue sheets to take home & wrap my other items so thats also worth an ask.

Just an update on the goody bags - I enabled this weekend and got a reply today. There is a short delay whilst they check that they're only going out to eligible customers.

For those that relates to - it's going to have a Jack Wills scarf, undies and mug in there.

Have bought my shopping event ticket, it's an e ticket. Aside from my email addy at the top how can they confirm all are genuine tickets & not me just printing several of the same one & turning up with it?

There is a guest list at the door for each venue.

Has anyone received a goody bag yet?

The promo code for the goody bag was sent to the top 100 spenders, I think anyone else trying to use it will have problems. If you are on the list and haven't received your bag I suggest calling customer services - always easier to speak to someone.

The gift boxes for anyone wondering are navy/pink stripes, come in a very small size for socks or pants, a small size for maybe a shirt, medium which fits hoodies and large which is for gilets and coats. The boxes are usually flatpacked and contain a couple of sheets of tissue, a navy ribbon and a nice little gift tag. They should send them out with mail orders but there has been a bit of a box shortage this year, you can also get them in store but again pending availability!

I received a card with the code, initially I was told it was the same as the late night shopping event, however when I rang last week they told me it was something different but didn't specify.

Had an email from them about 7 days ago to confirm that I will definitely be recieving one but still no sign as of yet! Will keep you posted x
