Jack Wills free postage, gift bag and goody bag

I had to input the code in capital letters, i have ordered from both jackwills.com and the outlet before. I ordered yesterday and selected premium delivery. Had dispatch email today, but no mention of the goody bag, but i only spent £6 (or £6.50)

There doesn't seem to be a minimum spent, I only spent £20.00. It also let's you use the code twice. Not sure if it will work for everyone or for people who's accounts are eligible. I got a invite through the post. Good luck to everyone x

I couldnt get the code to work either- shame cus my daughter asked for a Jack Wills carrier bag for christmas!

Spoken to jack wills and goodie bags will be received within a week of recieving original order. No minimum spent but you have to of received the special invite card. Hope this helps anybody xx

Did they confirm the contents of the goody bag and do they agree with what I was told?

I didn't receive the card itself, how was it sent?

But however I did receive there handbook the other day and in the last 2 months have spent a load of money with them over 4 orders. I may just blag it and say I did receive the card as the code was accepted and item has been dispatched fingers crossed x

Oh Dear - obviously only for the chosen few as I have just received this email:-

According to our records, it would appear that you are not one of the customers who were sent the Christmas Personal Shopping offer.
Since the offer is exclusive and we have limited supply of goody bags, we can only send them out to customers with a valid invitation. If you have placed this order under a different email address or name then please let us know the name and postcode the invitation was sent to, so we can validate your invite.

So it seems I won't be getting the goody bag!

I still wanted the order though so it was worth a try.
