Oh Dear - obviously only for the chosen few as I have just received this email:-
According to our records, it would appear that you are not one of the customers who were sent the Christmas Personal Shopping offer.
Since the offer is exclusive and we have limited supply of goody bags, we can only send them out to customers with a valid invitation. If you have placed this order under a different email address or name then please let us know the name and postcode the invitation was sent to, so we can validate your invite.
So it seems I won't be getting the goody bag!
I still wanted the order though so it was worth a try.

I got the same email though and I genuinely got a card in the post! So am a bit gutted! Spent about £1000 with them in one order in June but haven't been back yet so is probably why I am on their hit list.0

Did they dispatch your item 1st before sending this email. I didn't get te invite but haven't recieved a email and got a dispatched email yesterday... I still have hope lol

Ohh noooo, I haven't got the email but I only really wanted the goody bag! Do you think I could have slipped through the net?! I ordered on Saturday afternoon.
My items have been dispatched (v.quick!), but if the goody bag is coming later it might not arrive at all...darn! Anyone know if returns are free?!?

Received my order this morning, got the gift packaging too, which'll be nice for Xmas, so fingers crossed for the goody bag!0

Did anyone who has had this email have an existing online account with them. I've received my order with fancy packaging but no goody bag . Could have had the invite but been having problems with my email account so probably deleted anyway.
