problems with contract

I have just signed up to a 24 month contract with orange. My minute allowance and text allowance are fine but my data usage is a problem. I am supposed to have an allowance of 250mb a month but they are charging me for all the usage. I have spoken to them repeatedly and they agree there is a problem with the account and they will sort it out however so far they have done diddly squat! They promise to phone back and don't and they don't reply to my emails. Anyone got any ideas as to what I can do to get this sorted? I had to sign up for direct debit so they just take the money for the data usage, it's got to the stage where I'm frightened to use the phone. Any help would be appreciated

Call again and demand your call to be escalated to a higher lever as the lowest level had already failed you several times. Take a note of the time and the name of the person you talk to.
If they don't sort it out again complain as per their Complaints Code of Practice or directly to executive.office@orange.co.uk0 -
Many thanks for that. I'll try again next week.:j0
