Vodafone Inclusive 0800, 0845 and 0870 RIPOFF

I am a vodaphone user and I thought as I was using my phone to dial free phone numbers I ould subscribe to their get them included as part of your minutes package. However, what i didnt know was that if i dial a freephone 0808 number, this is excluded? :mad:

Tried the customer services people but get "computer says no" answers...

any help here appreciated

The offer states clearly which pre-fix numbers are included. It does not state anywhere that all non-geographical numbers are included.

Therefore I don't think you have any recourse to complain.

Still a bit lame if it includes 0800 but not 0808 though.

Still i did ask the customer services people does this service include ALL free phone numbers - the answer was yes...clearly a NO. however lesson learnt in reading the smallprint

I have the bundle and the following are included:

0845
0870
0800
0500
0808

If they tell you 0500 and 0808 are not included, they are talking sh*te. I have posted proof on here previously, and I call 0808 and 0500 regularly.

These day a lot of companies are using 0844 numbers. Are there included as well?
