If the problem persists, could it just be down to corrupt/outdated files in the ISP's cache?
You could download a live Linux CD/DVD (such as Slax) and see if you can access the website if you boot into that. Or if you have another device on your network, try accessing from that instead. That should indicate whether the problem lays with your PC or your network connection.0
