I think the moral of your story is to always also ring and check with the actual provider. Trust no-one to act on your behalf without double-checking!!!
hi, i actually meant from simplyswitch.

Sorry, misunderstood. Still a bit unclear tbh!

I applied through moneysupermarket. Got my npower vouchers before Christmas, the moneysupermarket incentive is payable after 3 months, so still waiting for that atm.

hi, i too requested this deal in nov, now npower say they never heard from simplyswitch so i'm now on expensive tariff as my online 20 finished.

    what a rip off.

did anyone manage to get this deal as an existing customer?
cp7 - could you let me have your details so I can investigate please?

I have switched to go fix 10, does this have the same incentive as the go fix 8 offer? I didn't see go fix 8 as an option when I switched.
  • Hi there
I did apply for this (thanks Martin!) - process went through fine, got the vouchers, got an amazing ring as a special pressie for someone with the vouchers, they work at H Samuel's! Now I am worried about impeding tarriff rises so might well switch again, if I can...
