I had the same issue.
The problem is that it's now ZoneAlarm version 7.
It won't allow the install until, as mentioned above, you uninstall the CA AntiVirus.
The question's been raised on the ZoneLabs forum, but no answer has worked yet.
The only solution at the moment is to uninstall Zonelarm 7 and then download and install the previous version, ZoneAlarm 6.5.737.000.Dave. :wave:0 -
