Funny how some property owners seem to dislike the idea of future owners looking to pay as little as possible. I suppose they see it as a threat to the size of their equity (and therefore genitalia) if someone manages to buy a house for a price that is less than a previous valuation.

Strange though that those same sellers who want as much as possible and refuse to drop by the same token expect the seller of the house they wish to buy to drop the price when asked and are probably affronted when they dont!

    Funny old world!

    I notice that too.

I would be over the moon if i bought a house outright for 50k and then 1,2,3 years later it was worth 25k.

I could save an absolute fortune over the years if i wait for the crashes to sell and trade up.

I wouldnt be able to brag about the large size of my mortgage though i suppose.

You're missing something important ..... Homeowners OWN something, you don't own anything except the underpants you are talking through ;)

And with that ownership comes great POWER - the power not to sell to you at a reduced price, the power to make you wait amd hope and wait and hope and wait .... in vain.

Some do - some just talk about it .....

    Homeowners own something.........no 5hit mate.

Its quite obvious that you are one of those power hungry wank3rs i meet from time to time.

Do you not understand what IF means, or are you just a bit thick.

Like i have said before...........if you want to tell the true character of a man, give him a bit of power.

You will never be a man, its quite plain to see behind all your bull5hit and lies and weak pi55 taking attempts that you lead a very unhappy, uneventful boring life that is dedicated to a number.

I genuinely believe that you are very unhappy:):):):)
