Why should other customers have to subsidise your desire to recieve a paper copy, by post, of a bill you can access via your Sky box?

Just sign up to 'my sky' or whatever it is called to see your current bill and previous. Something like 50p to post a letter these days isnt it? plus printing and associated admin, £1 is already subsidised!

£10pm for 50 HD channels. Personally I dont subscribe to that either, I just use my free HD box from sky to watch the free HD channels, only downside is they are not put in the SD position on the set up (i.e 101 is SD bbc1 not HD bbc).

Sky is a luxury, you spend/pay for the package you what and can afford.

How are other people subsidising it? i pay for my sky package which is over charged anyway so surely im paying for my own paper bill! and i cant access it via my sky box as its not internet connected so will have to be via the internet itself.

How is your Sky package 'overcharged'? If you don't like the prices, then why use the service-it's not a necessity. Switch to VM, or use Freeview or Freesat for nothing.
No free lunch, and no free laptop ;)

If your Sky box is connected to the phoneline, all you have to do is press interact-Sky customer services-then select an option. The Sky box will then access your account free of charge & allow you to view or pay your bill.

We cant get VM round here and freeview doesnt give us some of the channels we most watch so unfortunately we pay the price which isnt as most as some as we down graded our package because the movies were repeats all the time along with other stuff,so u dont think that £60+ pound a month for sky HD full package is a con? plus what u pay on your tv licence to be able to watch the tv? trust me if we didnt have kids i wouldnt entertain sky

No its not a con, its a luxury. You choose to have it, it is not forced onto you.

Why is it down to your kids that you have sky? I believe freeview has three free kids channels and has ~50 channels in total (freestfromsky even more). WHy do you need sky due to your kids?

I pay ~£40 to sky for BB, Line rental, Calls and sky world (or whatever they call it now - basically everything bar films and sport).

Sky charge for the services we use. You use the postal paper bill service so should pay the extra it costs. I should not.

Viewing your bill does not require your Sky box to be connected to the internet.
