You can appeal I would send certified copys though
Don't put your trust into an Experian score - it is not a number any bank will ever use & it is generally a waste of money to purchase it. They are also selling you insurance you dont need.
Sorry to bring up an old thread but just an update on this for anyone who has the same problem as me. In the end, I didn't bother appealing. I reapplied after just 3 months and they sent me a card no documents needed.
I sent a recent council tax bill with my current address as well as the photocopy of my licence. I have been doing some research and it appears everybody who is 'provisionally accepted' gets a decline due to fraud prevention once they send their documents. If this happens to everyone, would appealing help anything for me?
to be honest, this happened for me too but the documents i sent were all up to date and i still got declined. i sent 4 with my current address on
