    i dont really understand the problem, she is your mother, surely you could be honest enough to say to her that you dont want to sell it to her, and give the reasons you gave us

    im pretty sure most mothers would rather be told, actually its time to get shot before it starts costing lots, rather than land a load of bills and hassle a few mkonths down the line
