  • Unfortunately there is no way to make sure the RK is not contacted. All you can do is to keep reassuring them, send them on here or tell them its safe yo just ignore.

I dont get your reasoning about taking up two spaces.

Will you forever take up two spaces in the future just in case you get your door knocked again.
make the most of it, we are only here for the weekend.
and we will never, ever return.
  • Absolutely not, I literally just picked my car up and was probably still a little upset at having to pay over £100 to remove some careless driver's paint from my door :-)

I often take up 2 spaces if I have my DGD with me, and there's no parent and child spaces. It's impossible to get her in and out of her car seat in the miniscule spaces they provide, and it cripples my back doing it anyway:mad::mad:

I think that you may have bigger things to worry about than this.
Why are you not the registered keeper of "your car"? Is it to keep insurance costs down?
Do you know that, if that is the case, it would be classed as "fronting" and would be illegal?

You are taking a big leap and making some big assumptions here, especially as there is very little information to allow you to come to the conclusion you have reached. Perhaps it would be better to keep to the matter that the OP posted about.

I agree that I was making assumptions - that's why I said "may".
I'm not having a go at the OP, just pointing out something that some people don't realise.

Edit:- Having read the thread again I can see where you are coming from, the OP does keep referring to my car.

Is it Town and County Parking by any chance, those scammers are known to "manage" tesco car-parks?

If so just ignore, landowner (Tesco) damages are zero.
