On the MSE Cheap Broadband Guide Here it says Orange Broadband for existing Orange mobile customers is £17.25 a month.
If you go through Quidco Orange Broadband (unlimited downloads, up to 20Meg speed, 12 month contract) and Orange anytime calls (unlimited calls to landlines) is £22.75 a month for existing customers, with £60 cashback, making it £17.75 but with the line rental and calls too. (It's a fiver a month more if you're not already with Orange).
If you wanted unlimited off peak calls that'd cost you £17.75 a month, but factor in the £40 Quidco cashback and it's £14.42 a month. (Or a fiver more if you're not an Orange customer).
Have a look here.
So if I have my sums right it's a better deal than MSE have on the cheap broadband guide? You should double check the figures and deal before jumping ship as I might be mistaken. Please let me know if I am.
