Giffgaff problems
Having a problem with giffgaff, I got a sim and tried to activate it with a top up voucher.
The website kept telling me about problems with gremlins, after about 2 hours into the activation process I finaly got to the enter voucher code to activate, after doing that the bloody gremlins appeared again and it failed.
Tried again only to be told the voucher is no longer valid, it says I have paid in my account but it wont let me do anything with it.
Two days later and still no activation and the agent says it can take up to 5 days to resolve. Now every time I try to contact the agent to complain about the timescale the links just take me back to my homepage.
So no active sim, no way to use the credit in the account and no way to contact anyone, customer service is non existant, they say it's community run, but the community can't access my account to sort it out.
It's o2, it's not as if it's some little organisation that can't afford a phone line. Looks like my giffgaff days are over before they even start.
