Please no. Never ask a buyer if an item has been collected and then ask for feedback- you might as well be telling them you think there is something wrong.

OP, leave this, the buyer probably has the item and is happy with it and will leave feedback when they are ready. No need to start worrying and contacting them. As long as you've left them feedback already they will probably get round to leaving you some in due course and then you'll know all is OK

God no I'm not going to contact them, I'm just slightly miffed that I paid for a service I don't seem to be getting at the moment. I didn't imagine I'd have to go hassling Parcelforce etc to get EPOD which was listed in the "package" details that's all :>

Op, as has been mentioned. Your tracking is sufficient unless the item was over £150, then you need a signature.
