First Plus - 2nd bite of the cherry???

What about a complaint regarding the "unfair rebate" when you settled as Marshalka advised?, this could be an avenue worth pursuing?.
Hi Amersall, I am feeling really deflated but there is a little bit of me that is still thinking if there is any other way
. I did notice Marshallkas' idea about unfair rebate but I wouldn't really know where to start. I am a bit scared to take the court route even if it was an option. I have emailed FSA (?) just asking if First Plus should take any responsibility as, even though we agreed through a broker, it was First Plus who made up the terms and conditions for the 5 years cover and loan carrying onto eternity millarky! I haven't had a response from them though. 0 -
