Happy Auto Aid user here. Used them twice over three years and each time had a full refund cheque within a week and before the credit card statement came in. Just renewed last week for £38 and it covers the policy holder AND spouse in any car. Homestart is limited to £85 but they will tow you anywhere and even refund hotel bills and return travel for up to 5 persons.
