ive got a question, when ever some one on the work program is sent out to do unpaid work, are they covered by insurance, and employment laws and is health and safety taking into consideration as well

Look for the certificate of insurance displayed in a prominent position in all workplaces. Employers have a responsibility for all people on their site, not just employees.0
