Best way to sell my iphone 4?

Hi,
I've just been upgraded to an iphone 4s (free on 24 month contract). I have an iphone 4 on the o2 network that is in good condition, I had a back case on it most of the year so it's relatively scratch free. It's only when you shine a light on it that you can see a fair amount of light surface scratches. Just looking at it normally you don't see them. It's got the original box and the charger.
Now, I want the most I can get for it really. I've tried selling privately and I haven't got much interest. I was hoping for around 320-350 as it's a 16GB phone and it still costs 500 quid brand new. I don't really want to sell through ebay, as if I sell it for 300 i'd end up only getting 260/270 of it.
If I got through the mobile exchange, I can get 251 cash, or 296 pounds in Debenhams vouchers.
Should I just take the 251 cash and be done with it?

The iPhone 4 is now £429 admittedly with only 8gb storage but many new entrants would rather pay that than buy second hand with only a small reduction. Saturation will become more of a problem as people have already got an iPhone of some description, and paid for in installments on their contract instead of a lump sum.0

Are you sure you will get £251 for it, once recieved they will say it is scratched etc, seen many horror stories, sell it privately.0 -
take it into a carphone warehouse store they take the phone there and then, and pay the amount to your bank, so no chance of them reducing the amount like some of the postal mobile recycling companies, the amount you get will be what you are told in store0
