Cashback deal through The Link

Just about to take out a contract through them as they are doing 16 month half price (18 months total) on Orange. Not done cashback before and this deal requires you to request the cashback after 6, 9 and 12 months. I assume this is normally quite straight forward and they are quite prompt in paying up/not messing you around. Any experience would be appreciated

Also it says on the redemption form only valid when a certain 'outfit code' appears. Whats this?

Also I plan to go via quidco to get the £35 cashback. Just a bit worried that The Link might try and get out the 16 months half price if they see I have doen this. Is this anything to worry about?

My wife and i are about to finish our one year contract with them. we have got our first two cashbacks but the last was delayed by one month.I wonder if it wa s something to do with he christmas/new year holidays. was able to contact them by phone always and was given the approximate date of getting my checks. I don't know about going thru' Quidco. They have sold all the High street shops and will exist as a online shop only from end of Jan 07. They belong to the DSG group which also own pcworld and so must be quite reliable. Hope this helps.

Unless there's anything in the T&C the Quidco won't affect your cashback.

I've been quite pleased with The Link, they've even honoured a cashback claim that I sent in late.

hi, ive had 3 contracts from the link always had cash back no on time always but have recieved them, also 25.00 for each contract from quidco.

currently £35 a contract through quidco, considering one of the orange deals myself, as need broadband.

any views on the cashback, do they accept copies of bills?
