They are holding it for someone ..... I've seen it before.
You will find that it will appear as SOLD one day, an announcement will be made that any higher offer before exchange - then, the very next day exchange happens!!! No time for other offers.
You will also find that someone is well into buying it right now. Someone known to the EA - the EA may well be in line for a kickback.
why do people put up with this , shaking here with anger , ah well wait for the lucky buyer to refurb it then send a !!!!! round to put it back to how it was , and gut the !!!!er.0 -
happens all the time here, my brother was trying to buy a repo for months, and was fobbed off as above for ages. In the end he really blew up and told a few agents that they aren't allowed to keep for clients etc and they were suddenly nice as pie to him. He found a repo, viewed offer accepted, in within the month. Keep on at them, or as some others have suggested take it further. Good luck0

the person who bought it paid 190k in the 2007 boom :rotfl:
i was thinking of offering 120k cash take it or leave it they let for around 900 a month so not sure really ,0 -
