My PC has power but won't start up.

Could very likely be the psu is on its way out, won't be drivers as they won't be used until the os starts loading and you'd have seen the boot screen before that. Could be one of the peripherals you've got plugged in - try unplugging one at a time and try restarting and see if it makes a difference.0 -
A Hi-speed USB 2.0 hub just means it is USB 2.0 not 1.0/1.1. If you plug it into a USB 1.0/1.1 port it will just work at the lower speed. So basically it can't be too fast for your computer.It's my problem, it's my problem
