I have bought the above and I find it very hard for me to open the back cover. The instruction is to push the button and slide the back cover and I seem to be having problem to do that. I am wondering whether it is me or there is a fault? Anybody here using the same phone and could advise me? Thanks

Sounds right to me.

If your right handed, push the button with your left thumb (keeping it held in) and with your right thumb put it on the back cover and push downwards towards the button, it should come off easily.
