Orange care

Just a quick question, I have just received a letter from orange saying that my orange care is changing and that if I need to make a claim then the excess will now be £50 rather than the current £15. Now this does not affect me now as I have not made a claim.
As they have changed it and increased the cost does this mean they have changed the terms of my contract to my detriment. Or are the phone contract and insurance separate entities, even tho it's all included in one bill. Does this give me a right to cancelling the contract or is it me wishful thinking.
Thanks

Not really because the Orange care is seperate to the contract, you can cancel orange care before the rise happens. Also you should have received a second letter saying that the increase will actually be from £15 to £25 which isnt so bad.0

Its £50 for iphone, £25 for anything else.0

it is seperate, why do you want to cancel so bad?Don't put your trust into an Experian score - it is not a number any bank will ever use & it is generally a waste of money to purchase it. They are also selling you insurance you dont need.0

It has just been a disaster since I got my iPhone back in may, and have had nothing but trouble with their customer services. In short I got charged 700 for data roaming from when I was abroad which I full accept now, but they took 2 payments. This put me in an involuntary overdraft and 1400 out of pocket. No this matter has been resolved but has left me with a sour taste0
