Would this fall under SNAD?

I don't know why people are so nice to sellers that mis-describe their items, from me they get no warning if it's SNAD then it's a PayPal dispute and negative feedback immediately
(as you can tell I hate stuff that isn't exactly what I ordered)0 -
I tend to give private sellers benefit of the doubt.
I once myself managed to miss-describe the size of something due to a typo & not double checking my listing.
They buyer left negative feedback as it wasn't the size noted on the listing. I emailed them to appologise for my mistake & I offered them a refund, but they said it was ok anyway and decided to change their feedback.
What I'm saying is give your seller a chance to rectify the problem before going in all guns blasing with a dispute. Makes it nicer for everyone that way.0
