Would this fall under SNAD?

Hi all
If I ordered some boots from eBay that were described as "knee length, approximately 18 inches high" but they're actually 14 and 3/4" high would this fall under significantly not as described?

Depends how long your legs are

Seriously though does the 18" include the heel?
Knee high boots I've seen can vary from 14"-16" excluding heel0 -
The important question is do the missing 3 inches really affect your impression of the item.
If not, it's would be a bit petty to SNAD as the measurement was approximate anyway.0 -
They're flat boots, I measured them with a tape measure popped under the sole and the boots at the tallest point at the back (including sole) are 14 and 3/4 inches.
Obviously they've stated "approximately" but to me that's quite a difference

It all depends on the item.
The loss of 3" would certainly affect the impression that my item gives.0 -

Cheeky!0 -
The seller may well have given an approximate height, but 3.25" shorter (or over 18%) than the "approximately 18 inches high" is in my opinion far too much of a difference to be acceptable.0

They're only a pair of the cheap Ugg boot type things but I looked everywhere for long ones and these are the only ones I could find anywhere that were the right length. At the advertised length they'd have been up to my knee, but as it is they're not.0 -
If you won't wear them because of the length, then i would say that they were SNAD. I would contact the seller & tell them that you're disapointed & wish to return for a full refund.
If they're difficult then open a SNAD case.0 -
Have just emailed them, I just don't understand why someone selling shoes/boots for a living wouldn't bother to measure them properly!0
