Oh dear, as per the advice on this thread that is not necessarily the case.
From the Royal mail site
Are all International Signed For™ items electronically tracked when they are delivered?
We track all International Signed For™ items until they leave the UK and then the item is handed over to the destination country's postal service as a priority item. However, we can’t track your International Signed For™ item all the way to delivery in every instance

Would you be happy to drop it onto concrete as it is? If you find a carrier who will insure ceramics they will want to see the packaging if it arrives broken and will turn down the claim if they consider the packaging inadequate.
It's gone Royal Mail and they dislike ceramics or anything breakable.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the eBay, Auctions, Car Boot & Jumble Sales, Boost Your Income, Praise, Vents & Warnings, Overseas Holidays & Travel Planning , UK Holidays, Days Out & Entertainments boards. As I have said time and time again here, it is well packed.
It's gone with RM and that's that. There has been a lot of Trolling and not much help suggesting a suitable alternative except for a long list.
Thank you.0 -

Thank you.
There has been no trolling. ISF is NOT guaranteed to track outside the UK. Even with ISF unless you added enhanced insurance you won't be covered over £46.
If you are too lazy to check a list of 15 couriers, kindly given by another poster, then you have no one to blame but yourself.0 -
I presume that as you are so convinced this will turn out well you will let us know when or if it tracks there, so we can see if it is actually likely too?
Did you tell them it was ceramics? And valuable?0 -
Sent it RM International signed for. They said at the PO that it can be tracked until a signature on destination.
So you ask for advice then totally ignore it and use a method that cannot guarantee a signature and is under insured.
