Primus Phone & Broadband

After taking up the Primus offer from this website, we have had a terrible time with them & are now in dispute over a very large (£174.20) phone bill for one month (for the month in question we were on unlimited broadband). They were not prepared to discuss the situation or give us a breakdown of the bill to show where we had run up a bill that big, they just cut us off within a few minutes of our call to them & told us they will pass it to debt collectors. Now received another bill - cost up to £202+. My advice AVOID at all costs! As the saying goes: if it sound to good to be true, it probably is!

i am just thinking about going with them myself. i was going to create my own feed (not sure if i can yet though) because i have my own battle that i want to win with them in becoming a customer.
but i may be able to help..... if you could share with everyone the breakdown of what you were contracted for and what you were charged for we could either explain things or tell you to get back on the phone again to complain.
i am a stickler for research so im here for you. use at will.0
